I decided to join a very fabulous group of artists/illustrators to draw every thursday. A theme gets presented and then you get a week to post your art/illustration/sketch… I found it via the one and only Smäm (her blog is amazing). I think this is such a good idea (it was started by Artemilia) for a number of reason. The first being that you get to draw something you probably normally wouldn’t and it also keeps you accountable since you have to (no one is forcing you, but you know what I mean) do it every week. AND, a very important one, you help others spread their work. It’s so important to help each other, to push great things on the internet, to inspire others… I can’t tell you how important it is. I know from experience that a lot of people don’t want to “share” their followers, and they see other bloggers as competition. Don’t ever do that, we can all help each other instead.

The theme of the week was “At Sea” (really it’s “Till Havs” in swedish…). Here’s my contribution and I must say I’m quite happy with how this turned out.
