Oh my, I have so so so much work that needs to get done today. That’s why you guys get to look at old illustrations since I don’t have time to make any new ones right now. But I’m not complaining about work though, it’s so much fun right now. I’m currently making one digital invitation for an event, two illustrations for a Swedish company, graphic design for another company and illustrations for an upcoming exhibition in april… to bad I can’t show you any of it yet.

This is an old one, I probably made it about at least a year ago, just changed the colors and added the background pattern today.
I also want to say welcome (again) to all the new visitors! You probably found me either here or here. I need to go to bed now (since I’m 9 hours behind Sweden) but I just feel like I need to answer some of your questions real quick.
Why I write in English and not Swedish: One of the reasons is that I want to improve my english, another reason is that I want people from other countries other than Sweden to be able to read my blog. I also feel like it doesn’t really matter, since this blog isn’t really focused on words you now … Men jag kan skriva på svenska också, så ni vet.
Living in San Diego: Some of you have asked me to tell you how and when I moved here, why, how I support myself, what kind of visa I have and so on. I will write a short post on this subject in a couple of days.

I took this photo a couple of weeks ago when me and my boyfriend where taking a walk at the beach. There where SO many birds there, and i love birds (in case you haven’t noticed). This is what I am working on right now… Well that might just be part of the truth, since I’m actually WORKING to. But when I get a minute I work on this kitchen project. Nothing fancy, nothing big, just something to keep me busy. Will let you know how it turns out.
Here is another version of my Taj Mahal illustration. I think I like this one more, mainly because I’m getting a little tired of doing everything in black. No, wait, what am I saying? I still love drawing everything with black, it’s just… everything looks the same. Blah blah blah, don’t even know what I’m saying right now.

Yes, I admit it. I’m a little (!) obsessed with owls. As the rest of the world obviously. But I might replace the owls with another animal… soon. I’m thinking foxes perhaps?
It has been raining A LOT for the last couple of weeks. Or, I guess it is a lot if you are here in San Diego. If this would be sweden it wouldn’t be a lot a lot… But we are expecting more rain this weekend AND rumors on facebook says it will be snowing in Hollywood. I believe it when I see it!
